The Chaim Sheba Medical Center

The Sheba Medical Center is the largest and  technologically most comprehensive tertiary, university-affiliated, medical and research center hospital in Israel. The Center works with every major medical education institute in Israel, serving as a campus for a large number of students in every aspect of the medical and health professions. The Sheba Medical Center campus is also host to the Sheba Academic School of Nursing, The Tel Aviv University School for Physiotherapy, and the Tel Aviv University Department of Communication Disorder Therapists. They serve as the training ground for paramedics as well as for students studying Occupational Therapy, Psychology, and Social Work.

Rambam Medical Center

Rambam is Northern Israel's largest hospital and a tertiary referral center for 11 district hospitals and the North's address for advanced surgical departments in all specialties and subspecialties. It is recognized worldwide for exemplary hospital-management and emergency medicine practices and one of the world's best level-1 trauma centers, caring for accident victims in peacetime, injured soldiers and civilians in wartime, and mass-trauma casualties due to terrorism.

Professionals in training at Rambam range from students to residents and fellows in all disciplines. Since 1998, RHCC has given the academization of nurses equal priority, and today, over 60% of nurses at Rambam hold a BA or MA and the rest are enrolled in university degree nursing programs.

Hadassah Medical Center, Jerusalem

A partner with the Hebrew University in five academic institutions dedicated to the medical sciences, the Hadassah University Medical Center is known throughout the world for its training of outstanding physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals. More than a million people are treated each year in over 120 outpatient clinics and one of more than 70 departments and specialized units. A complete range of diagnostic laboratories as well as the most-up-to-date imaging machines and other state-of-the-art equipment backs these clinical arms. Hadassah provides practically every possible medical service available in the most advanced medical centers in the world. Some departments are the only facilities of their kind in the Jerusalem area; others are unique in Israel, which has led the government to designate Hadassah as a National Center in a number of medical specialties.
